The Kaiser-Frazer Corporation is formed after World War II by industrialist Henry J. Kaiser and Joseph W. Frazer, president of the Graham-Paige Motor Company.

They produce several successful cars, most notably the 1951 Kaiser 2-door.

In 1953, however, the company is renamed the Kaiser Motor Corporation, and abandons the passenger-car business in favor of manufacturing commercial and military vehicles.
